Limits: Eligible on one (1) purchase per loyalty account member. Special terms: Only eligible on first month of paid subscription. Rewards are only eligible on the initial payment/shipment for any subscribe and save, auto-renewal, auto-ship, or subscription options. Subsequent payments/shipments are not eligible for rewards.
